I bought a bundle but didn't get the download email.

Check spam/promotions first — the delivery email comes from Lemon Squeezy, our checkout provider. If it's not there within 10 minutes, email support with the address you used at checkout and we'll re-issue the download link.

How do refunds work?

Starter, Standard, and Premium editions carry a 7-day money-back guarantee: one email to support within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Custom editions are refundable before production begins on your intake. Full details in the Refund Policy.

What does the single-buyer license allow?

Use the bundle for your own business — edit it, print it, share it with your banker, landlord, or advisors. It doesn't allow reselling or redistributing the files, or using them to produce deliverables for clients.

Can I upgrade to a higher edition later?

Yes. Upgrade packs move you from your edition to the next tier without re-buying the whole bundle — the direct link is on your receipt. If you've lost the receipt, email support.

My files won't open / the model looks wrong.

The financial model is a standard .xlsx (Excel, LibreOffice, Google Sheets all open it) and documents are .docx + PDF. If something arrived corrupted, email support and we'll re-issue the bundle.
